Refund Policy

We want every note to reach the Western Wall exactly as you wrote it. If something goes wrong, we make it right.

Full refund if we don't deliver

If we don't send you proof that your note was placed (the photo or video for your package) within 7 days of your order, you get a full refund. You don't need to ask: we'll refund you ourselves. Days when we can't place notes (Shabbat, Jewish holidays, or closures of the Western Wall plaza) don't count toward the 7 days; if that pushes delivery past a date that matters to you, write to us and we'll refund you if you prefer.

Changing your mind

• Before we've copied your note: write to us and we'll cancel and refund the full amount.
• Once your note has been copied and placed, the service has been performed, so we can't offer a refund, except as described below.

If something isn't right

• If your proof doesn't match your order (for example, the wrong names were said on a video package), we'll redo it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
• If your proof video won't play on your device, write to us and we'll send it in another format.
• If you entered the wrong email address, write to us from the right one and we'll send everything there.

Monthly Prayer

• Cancel anytime, from the link in our emails or by replying to any of them. You won't be charged again.
• The month you've already paid for is still placed; we don't give partial refunds for a month in progress.
• If you were charged for a month after cancelling, or we missed placing a month's note, we refund that month in full.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
