Privacy Policy

Your note is personal, and often very private. This policy explains what appagiri, LLC (“Petek”) collects, why, who helps us, and what you can ask us to do. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your order: your name, email address, the note you write, the names you ask us to pray for, the occasion, and the package.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and postal code, and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Proof: the photo or video we take of your note being placed.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type at checkout, and, on our marketing pages, which pages you visit and cookies from Meta (see “Advertising” below).
• Emails: if you reach checkout, we keep your email address even if you don't complete payment, so we can send occasional updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).

How we use it

• To copy and place your note, and to send you your receipt and proof.
• For Monthly Prayer, to charge your subscription and email you each month's note link.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To send occasional updates (for example before Jewish holidays). Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our advertising (see below).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Your note is read only by the person who copies it, and only to copy it. It is never published and never shown readable on camera.

Who helps us

We share information only with the companies that run parts of our service, and only what they need:

• Stripe: payments and subscriptions (your note text is attached to your payment record so we can fulfil it).
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Railway: hosting our website, database and your proof files.
• Cloudflare: our domain and email forwarding.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): advertising measurement, described below.
• Google Fonts: the fonts on our pages (your browser requests them from Google).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Advertising

Our marketing pages use the Meta Pixel, and when you buy, our server tells Meta a purchase happened (the Conversions API). This helps us see which ads work. We send Meta the purchase value and, in hashed (scrambled) form, your email, name, country and postal code, plus your IP address and browser details. Meta also sees which of our pages you visit (for example, the page for a healing prayer). We never send Meta your note or the names you pray for. The pixel does not run on our private pages (your proof page, note links, unsubscribe page) or our admin pages. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block the pixel with your browser's tracking protection.

How long we keep it

• Order records (including your note) and proof files: for as long as needed to provide the service and keep business and tax records, generally up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete your note and proof sooner.
• Email addresses for updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Payment records at Stripe are kept under Stripe's own policies.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from updates using the link in any update email.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@westernwallpetek.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
• If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, the EU/UK, or another place with privacy laws, you have these rights and more under those laws, and we'll honor them. We don't sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Meta measurement described above; you can opt out of that by blocking the pixel or writing to us.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS. Proof files are stored privately and shared with you only through private, expiring links. Access to orders is limited to the people who fulfil them.

Children

Petek is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
